No, it's both an inside joke, and a regular joke. Your being on fire 24/7 is the inside joke, and the other joke is that their slogan is telling people to set themselves on fire as a fashion statement. It's a joke for everyone!

Its a non-profit orginazation that works to remove hobos from your society. The only reason there isnt a hobo in that picture is because my orginazation works round the clock to prevent it. If any profit is made it is sent to a charity.

well, i like really strong creeper because you can go somewhere, smoke a shit load of it, and then you can get home safely before youre high. and then once youre home, you start to get the effects. and then theres the k-2, which is legal. so thats pretty cool.
